So now I've been doing Monday Day Off Tuesday 5 Minutes warm up on treadmill Pullups: 1/8 Chinups: 1/8 10 minutes HIIT Wendsday Lumberjack Squat: 3/6 DB Shoulder Press: 3/6 Row Machine: 3/6 = this thingie Dumbbell Chest Press: 3/6 Thursday 5 minute warmup on treadmill Pullups: 1/8 Chinups: 1/8 10 minutes HIIT Friday Hack Squat Machine: 3/6 Barbell Bench Press: 3/6 Normal Row Machine: 3/6 Upright Rows: 3/6 Saturday 5 minute warmup on treadmill Pullups: 1/8 Chinups: 1/8 10 minutes HIIT Sunday Every exercise done once, with no rest. Then rest 3-5 minutes and repeat for the 2nd and 3rd set. Dumbbell Bench Press: 3/6 Incline Dumbell Flys: 3/6 Seated Shoulder Press: 3/6 Bent-over Dumbell Raise: 3/6 One Arm Dumbbell Row: 3/6 Dumbell Hammer Curl: 3/6 |
