Re: If you were the top recruit, where would you go?
UConn, Arizona, and Duke are clearly best for basketball.
UCLA....is that a joke? Their guys do nothing in the NBA. You want to be developed to make the big monies. |

Re: If you were the top recruit, where would you go?
Football: FSU (Bobby Bowden is my God, plus they have some crazy hot women there). Notre Dame if I'm a quarterback (just the whole history), and USC if I'm anything else. Not that USC is a bad place for QB's.
Basketball: KU (your treated like a God and Allen Fieldhouse would be such a cool place to play), Duke, UCLA |

Re: If you were the top recruit, where would you go?
Baseball: I kind of disagree about going right to the pros. Obviously you'll be making money right away but you'll likely be in the minors for a number of years. I've always felt like being a minor league baseball player would be a horrendous existence. That said, I'd probably go to a school like Arizona State, Texas, or Cal State Fullerton (just because I've never heard of that school in any context other than baseball).
Basketball: No one has mentioned Florida? The coach would have a huge impact on what school I'd go to. Billy Donovan seems like a pretty cool dude. UCLA would be number #2 because Ben Howland is the man and its LA. USC, Arizona, and Texas would also get consideration. Football: USC. Clear cut. |

Although, you will get coached up by some good assistants. |

Re: If you were the top recruit, where would you go?
Football: UF, USC, Texas, Miami(if I want to thug it out & they aren't in a transition period)
Baseball: Texas Basketball: UNC, UCLA I think the stability of the program would be my #1 factor, although most could really care less. I would want to know the program will turn be in to a pro as well. |

If you were the top college recruit for the 4 major sports, what school would you go to and why? [/ QUOTE ] Baseball: Sign a first-round draft pick out of high school. |
