I thought it was a policy for prima to not allow 20% of it's users to not withdraw.

I requested an ACH from Battlefield on Feb 21st. Still have not gotten it. First it was 5-7 days. Then it was up to 15 days. Then 21 days. Then up to a month. Frustrating.

Since then I have tried Eco Card. Went from Battlefiled to Eco in 2 days. It has been 7 business days since my withdrawl to my bank account was confirmed by Eco card. Have not seen the money yet. Is this normal for them? Thier site says up to 5 days. If Eco Card worked for you, was it with a big bank or a local bank? I use USBank. Anyone have success with them?

Thanks :

Mark: I can't really see what is going on with it
you: this hasn't been an issue before, has something changed?

still waiting on daily poker from mid feb. got the 5 days, the 5 more days, the 21 days, and now the yeah, we really don't know when we'll get you your money, sorry, we'll forward your email to "management" or "finance" and get back to you. they refuse to cancel the transaction and let me set up ecocard, so I suppose I have nothing to do but wait.

I'm assuming it's less of a processor problem than a cashflow problem at this point. Though if that's the case I wish they would just be upfront and tell me they will give me x hundred a month for x amount of months. Hasn't any casino operator learned yet that the indefinite stall tactic used more than once or twice just pisses a bunch of people off?

Ya, my ACH was rejected after a month so I just made an eco card and I'm trying to withdraw that way.

So you know, Eurolinx offers Bank Transfers as a withdrawal option. There is no fee and the transfer takes between 2 and 7 days to process. There is a minimum withdrawal limit of $100. We also allow EcoCard withdrawals, of course, as well as a few others.

We're a little confused as to why so many sites have players with withdrawal issues. Withdrawing should be the easiest thing to do from a site, and it is definitely not difficult from our end. While I am not suggesting that other sites are making it intentionally difficult, it is possible that they are ignoring some of the easy options (like bank transfers) in favor of more complicated ones.

If you are having trouble withdrawing from a site, maybe just ask if they'll do a bank transfer.

FWIW, I have cashed out of Battlefield twice for ~7k each time and am having no problems. Couple days and it's in EcoCard, couple days later it's in my bank account.

Just want to say that Eurolinx has been great as regards cashouts, customer support, etc..

Among the best in the business.

I would highly recommend them as probably the most secure MicroGaming/Prima option.
