I love Randy. My favorite Randy episodes are the one where he gets into fights with everyone at Stan's baseball games and the Wall Mart one where he gets addicted to shopping there. The toolset...........its only 9.98!
And this episode went downhill at the end, I didn't really find the [censored]-guy storyline that funny, and I really didn't find the hillbillies funny. |

Randy was also awesome in Satan's Sweet 16 ("How do you know, dad?" "Because I'm a geologist!")

thought this one was pretty mediocre... especially considering it was a season opener. I don't think SP will ever be as good (consistently) as it was in season 8 again.

First 5 minutes were epic. The Kramer reference is a little old and dated and wasn't funny. Usually the one advantage Stone and Parker have over other shows is they can whip up a show that is relevant right away.

[/ QUOTE ] Old and dated except for the fact that this is the first new South Park since the incident. They did the best they could. If the incident would have been in season, I have no doubt they would have thought an episode like this up in an instant, a la the Elian Gonzalez, Saddam capture, and other topical episodes. |
