I agree w/ what Hiatus said. Maybe you could explain how the process works... is full tilt unlike other companies? How do checks get written? Why is there a need for a "processor". Why can't the company cut its own checks? I'm sort of uneducated about these issues.

I'm really glad this discussion has finally begun. I believe it's of paramount importance that FTP answers all our questions in this thread if they wish to keep our business.

I requested a check withdrawal on 1/24. On 2/9 I asked if it could be cancelled and was told no problem just let us know (email 2/10 1am). On 2/11 I asked to have the check cancelled and was told that was not possible since the check had been mailed.

As of 2/16 the check has not arrived. I emailed FTP Cashier last night asking what was going on and have received no email as of now.

I did receive a $26 token, but never got the explanation email that others are mentioning.

I have no clue what is going on with my check.

BTW - Is ePassporte still working ok? Before I tried to cancel the check I got hooked up and ordered the plastic card (which has not yet arrived). I withdrew $250 and seemed to be able to pay my Comcast bill and my Norton AV renewal using the virtual VISA.

If I end up cancelling my check I would like to export the money to ePassporte, so anyone who can confirm that they used it recently for plastic card or ACH would be appreciated.

Thanks.

High Stakes Players: Transfer whatever large amount you want to epassporte and then pay the $50 wire transfer to your bank. It takes 2 business days and it WORKS!

So stop bitching, you do have an option.

All funds on deposit online at risk all the time.

I wrote that first maybe 5 years ago and at least every few months since. Y'all deserve exactly what you get.
