Rogan happened to be filming his internet reality show at the time, which is why it was filmed. Rogan went on stage only because Mencia called him out.

Then Carlos runs up there and starts bitching about how he wouldn't say [censored] to his face and then it sounds like Rogan went back up there and that's where the clip starts at.
