Last new years eve I saw David Lee, I told him Larry Brown needs to play him more, boom he scored 38 later in the week. He was with two hot chicks.

I watched Travis Taylor get tased while I was drunkenly stumbling around Minneapolis on New Years eve... although I hardly remember it (at the time I was so drunk that I didn't even realize who it was, my friend had to point it out to me).

About a month before that I saw Mauer at a St Paul bar a day or two after he won the silver slugger. He didn't appear to be particularly drunk but was very... popular.

morewine,

when i saw you responded i was expecting a ridiculous story involving police, fights, and/or something big with the protagonist being a belligerent rasheed wallace or zach randolph. ruben patterson would have done too.

i am disappointed.

I know, I realized just before I hit submit that it was a really boring story but it was too late by then. I've been here all my life and been a fan but I really don't have any good stories, kinda lame.

Wierd about all the Sacramento sightings...

I live in the Bay Area and saw Troy Murphy at an Irish Pub in SF on St. Paddy's. He wasn't drunk.

My favorite was some dive bar on the east part of downtown Sac that some buddies and I were at near closing time. Completely randomly, Peja Stoyakovich (sp?) rolls in w/ two other tall euro's and they are all completely wasted.

They go to the bar and order shots. Peja turns around about to pound his shot and utters the now infamous line "Whoooo's going home with Peeejjjaaaaaaa?"

My friends and I now use this line almost daily.

Was at a local Pittsburgh hibatchi steakhouse a few nights ago and at the next table were several Penguins. Malkin, Staal, and Fleury were all there, drinking despite being well underage. Maxime Talbot was ridiculously sloshed and spent most of the evening hugging anyone who would take one and talking the chef into letting him cook some veggies.
