By the way, for everyone, something I forget to mention that is very useful. You can use a French press coffee maker to also brew tea. I've done this and I have seen some restaurants employ this technique for when they wish to serve quality loose leaf teas. It works well with a lot of room for the tea leafs to expand and you can brew enough for several people at a time, which is an advantage if serving a group. If you do this I recommend that you keep a tea French press and a coffee French press if that is how you brew coffee, to avoid mixing.
