zomg I can't believe I forgot Everclear, Oasis, and Beck.

I think we will look back fondly on the quality of rock in the 90's. Def compared to the 2000's imo (and I'm 21 so I don't see a generational bias).

That post two above this one has a great list of the hit singles of the decade. Also add to that list Closing Time and Bittersweet Symphony.

I loved this band. Saw them live so many times. Anyone in this thread saying the 90's sucked for rock is a tool.
