Basically angle your feet just a tad and go up slowly to your ballerina-tippy-toes on the foot they cant see. This gets the crowds reactions. Then they go back and edit it just using like a wire or something to lift him up and use fake-stand ins in front of the camera (when the camera is behind the people and all you see are like random articles of clothing, it's fake and re-edited). You can still get a pretty decent amount of height and a crowd reaction by the toe thing, after 5 minutes anyone can do it too.
