I don't think it is weird, whenever somebody who is close to you die you feel like the world collapses, life will never be the same again, then after some time you get it into perspective, accept that it's part of life and that the person who died do not want you to be sad, and rather focus on your life/ people who are still living. Cracking a few jokes mixed with some dark humor is a good way to take away the graveness/seriousness and get on with life, BBV is like the ideal place for that. Everyone you know is gonna die, many of them in terrible situations (like cancer etc.), appreciate those who are left behind instead of weeping over those who left, since appreciation is much more valuable alive than dead.

I thought it was a little odd at first, but then I realized it's a good idea. The dude is in hell right now, and any supportive words can be helpful. Plus, I am sure he received PM's from people who went through something similar.

As far as the haters who say this doesn't belong here, last time I checked this was BBV for LIFE....as in away from the tables. Can't take it? Don't read it.

And for everyone dying to crack a joke, feel free to do so. This is something I've seen coming for a long time so despite it happening TODAY, I've had time to prepare for it and one of the reasons I posted here is hoping for a few jokes, things to cheer me up, etc. I know we've got some warped ballas here so.....GOGOGOGOGOGO
