please, the hilton has the poorest managed poker room in atlantic city not to mention the worst game selection. the rooms only purpose is when they spread 2-5nl cuz the game sucks so bad, their higher buyin tourneys are ok also otherwise avoid that place at all costs

I was planning on checking out the Hilton this Saturday for 1-2NL. Can you tell me what sucks about that room in more detail?

in short, everything, the games are so bad and not even fun, everyone there thinks they are great and in some little uknown poker room that they are the king [censored] at and run things because they know the floor, and then u realize that they are acting like this playing 1-2 nl, i had some doode tell me how he used to stake phil ivey when i was playing 2-5 with him , it was a joke total joke, plus the floor does nothing to fill up games that are short, (i prefer this but u may not) i actually ended up playing HU against some chick for a while, that was fun. anyway, ya the hilton sucks go elsewhere, fwiw the hiltons proximity to all the other casinos probly has something to do with its wackness.

I was pretty clueless back then, All I remember was seeing this old old guy put two $100's on the table (the buyin) at least 5 times.

What's typical weekend action like at the Borg these days above 40/80 (limit)? A couple 80/160's then a jump to 150/300? That's what I recall in the past. How many tables? I haven't made it up there in almost a year...

And I mean in general, not necessarily over the tournament weekend.

The 80-160 hold'em game is basically dead. There isn't always straight limit hold'em above 40-80, even on weekends. There are bigger stud and mixed games. I think there generally is an 80-160 O8 or hold'em/O8 mixed game.
