Paper checks (Uh oh)

Dear Mr. xxxxx, Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service. We do understand where the confusion is stemming from in this case. Both of the answers we provided to you were correct, however they are referring to different types of checks. Paper checks, which you are asking about specifically, are not being honored by the banks when they are cashed. This is something beyond our control, and as such we have stopped issuing paper checks. Electronic checks are where we are having problems with our check processors. This is a technical issue on our side that we are working on, and is unrelated to the paper check issue that you were asking about specifically. We do apologize for the mix up.
