If you could see your way clear to making the 500 piece ASM chipset customizable like the 600 piece set I would be eternally grateful. The whole point of ASM chips is their custom nature...
On another thread folks were questioning why players play at P*s when there are softer games or better rakeback etc. elsewhere. I can honestly say that, for me, the reason is the customer service. I know that is not +EV, but every time I have had a question or problem at Stars it has been handled both well and quickly. The fact that a rep is responding here is indicative of that commitment to service. Thanks for taking the time to do it.

We spoke to NewEgg.com and they were not interested. Special orders are placed for Supernovas. Chipsets, I'm not sure why we have the limitation, maybe cost? If you are ready to place an order, email me and I will look into it.

Forgot to mention, the 50" Toshiba will be replaced by two models and we will be adding a 60" Pioneer. This should all happen in the next 10 days.

But I will email you when I get there. Thanks for giving me something to work for. By the way, I have previously spoken to Kaye in the store and she is the greatest. I asked a question and she went way out of her way to be friendly and helpful. I tell you this in case you are in charge. I know I always like to know when someone does something great...
