Default Re: The longest B&M session you have had.

I played 40 hours only getting up from the table for quick bathroom breaks. I got to foxwoods at around 3:00 on Friday and planned to play until early Saturday morning, go home and rest, then come back Sunday morning for a seminar.

I kept saying 'one more dealer' to myself. My wife and son were out of town so no issues there. But, I played progressively worse through my sit.

I peaked out several times at +$3200 and down $2500 at a 20/40 limit table. Unfortunately I finished on the downstroke.

And I fell asleep in my seminar, was so tired at lunch that I threw up and didn't feel right for a week.

18 hours of $1-2 NL at FW. Wife was away for the weekend. Went down on a Saturday and started playing at like 3pm, got up and left at 9am next morning. Down $100. There is nothing quite like the feeling of getting up from a poker table after playing for that long and being almost even. Really makes you wonder why we play. Had another 10 hour session where I finished down $9 and was happy about it. These sessions were during my weak-tight phase. I was horrible.

If you can keep your wits about you, though, there is good money to be made between the hours of 4am-7am. Run into people who have been doing lines, throwing money around like crazy. Or else people who were drunk at 2am and now are starting to sober up and feel like *ss. Or people who are just ready to give up and donate their stack.

I kind of wish I discovered poker when I was younger so I could play longer sessions. At this point, I generally lose it after about 10 hours, mainly because I have a 2 hour drive home. If I was staying in the casino, I could probably muscle out a longer session.

One could easily confuse this thread for longest bowel movement session on the toilet you have ever had. Ironically, I find long bowel movements more enyjoyable than long poker sessions. One guy I know played 3 days straight trying to hit a bad beat jackpot.

Bumped for this awesome line. Of course, at home with a laptop, you could do both

Default I WIN

Wow I'm so proud of myself (maybe a little disturbed)

I have repeatedly played 20-40/40-80 for upwards of 50-70 hours on multiple occasions. The record going to 68 hours of 20/40.

When I was underage, I was terrified of entering a card room, leaving and not being able to return so I never left.

Now, I'm 21 however and am planning on heading up to foxwoods this weekend. I have no idea whether or not I'll play straight through the weekend.

It was always fun, it let me see the mood of the table and how it progressed. It also let me accumulate a massive stack of red chips.

36 hours. I've done a few long benders and my friends think I'm nuts but I don't really mind them and don't think they're a big deal.

The last time happened because I was playing 4/8 limit and another guy who is regularly at the casino and I decided to stay until one of us made it to $1000 (we were both up about 150-200 when we decided to do it).

At the 36 hour mark he made it to 1000 and i was at 880.

New record for myself on Tuesday after playing 17 hours at the Borgata, spread out between 1/2NL, 2/4 and the nightly 100+20 tournament. Took a half hour dinner break and a 10 minute fresh air break after busting from the tournament, but I still doubled my mark.

Only 14 hours for me, which was in the Razz tourney this year. Cash games maybe 10 hours or so. I'm a wimp.

I figure in some long sessions in tunica next week, especially since the 2+2 late night mixed game will be going at the Shoe.

Longest Session I've ever had was 32 Hours... And I was Even throughout the entire session... Was the most frustrating thing I've ever been through... Worse than being stuck a few racks
