Re: Cheating in 500$ hux4 sngs.
If Stars sees they are doing this and isn't doing anything about it, I'd be pissed. Why do they get upset when people organize to play the FPP sats to the 215 and take turns winning them? Hell, why do they revoke your chat for saying offensive things? There are things to consider here beyond EV, when your running an online poker site, perception of fairness is just as important as fairness in practice.
If these guys are doing this it's pretty damn obvious they should get the 'can't play cash games/sit and gos together anymore' thing. |

If they are playing on same bankroll, the 'chipdump' saves them playing time where they can play elsewhere.

Re: Cheating in 500$ hux4 sngs.
Nat,
OK, Here's a Time = $ argument, assuming they're just break-even players. Assume every HU match = 1H, every win = 1$ 66% Time Split 1st Round: 25% Both Win 1st Round (2H, 1$) 25% Both Lose 1st Round (2H, 0$) 25% One Win 2nd Round (3H, 1$) 25% One Lose 2nd Round (3H, 0$) 33% Time Together 1st Round: 50% One Win 2nd Round (1H, 1$) 50% One Lose 2nd Round (1H, 0$) Team: 1$ / 4.4 Man Hours How long does it take a single break-even guy to make 1$? 50% Lose 1st Round (1H, 0$) 25% Win 2nd Round (2H, 1$) 25% Lose 2nd Round (2H, 0$) Individual: 1$ / 6 Hours So they're making money faster as a team. Re: Cheating in 500$ hux4 sngs.
That's why I said look at the big picture. Think outside the box of the 4 player HU match mold. Why does this offer a time advantage over regular 500 HU? Or 1K HU?
Also, assuming a team = individual is kind of silly. |
