Re: 16 weeks into a 24 week physical challenge w/pics
muscle milk has 14 grams of fat (not trans fat) 35 grams of protein, and about 11 grams of carbs, about 350 calories.
they taste great, too. in regard to your question, muscle milk isn't going to do anything different than any other meal with those type of carb/protein/fat numbers will do. 350 calories is 350 calories, and muscle milk is a good ratio of protein/fat/carbs, it also has lots of vitamins and is made from purified water, so i think you might be misinformed, or perhaps your friends were doing something else when they gained that weight. if you're not working out, and you're at a neutral caloric balance, adding two muscle milks a day will make you gain fat, but so would adding 700 calories in any form. |

Hey man, keep up the great work. It's amazing how hard it is to build it up and how easy it is to lose it. Sounds like you have the dedication it takes and you'll get to where you want to be.

Re: 16 weeks into a 24 week physical challenge w/pics
Tx,
I'm interested in trying to increase my strength. However, I can't find any solid resources to help me in figuring out how to structure workouts and progressions. The only thing I've been able to see people agree on are that you need to lift heavy weight and do compound lifts such as deadlifts and squats. Do you know of any resources on the internet or in print that could help me gain strength? |

Isn't that women's deodorant? Guess it matches the pink nips. jk jk. Overall nice post, although it would have been better to have a fixed position throughout every picture. Being in shape is definitely not gay. To Tx, stomach stands out quite a bit. |
