I thought I caught the trick here after I read the first stipulation, so I just ignored the second. I would NEARLY finish both pints, then finish them both at the same time.

After going back and forth on it, I finally told him to put his money where his mouth was, never thinking he'd take it, but he did, and I won $20.

My stipulations were;

2 minutes or less
No water

the one guy was done in less than a minute, contestant 2 won his $50 in about 1:30
