Just talked to Randy the owner of the guide. He has a new update to the guide. Everyone that bought it will get the update for free.
IMO this is a really good guide. Randy explains how he built his site from scratch using Drupal. He started with an initial investment of $107 and after a few months is making over $5k. BTW if you have not bought it don't worry. I will be offering it free with my new project which Randy is thinking of being a part of. I have full resell rights to the guide.

This is an old thread but it got bumped recently and in my opinion it sets a pretty bad example as far as what's tolerable. The OP is pretty much just blatant spam.
If a red wants to weigh in on this it would probably help to clarify some of the recent confusing in MMB.
