Ketchup & mustard sandwich. It's best on plain white bread.

the last of a jar of peanut butter that I smashed on the ground and ate off the broken pieces of glass because I'd been biking 5 hours and there were no stores and I had no spoon and my hand didn't fit in the jar.

Have you ever run out of milk for your cereal and used water instead? I have. And I still would do it. (I did it just a few years ago actually.) But when I was really young (like 6), I ran out of cereal to go with my milk. So I ate chips with milk. It wasn't too bad.

While backpacking in the Rockies, the dude making dinner wasn't paying attention. he spilled the spaghetti that was nearly finished onto the ground. we had no other food...we were due to pick up more food the next morning. we got out our shovels, scooped the spaghetti back into the pot and ate it (trying to avoid sticks and rocks, of course).

My roommate ran out of milk, so he used beer instead of water. He wasn't able to finish more than a few bites.

I was living with some Asians a couple years ago. I was pretty broke and had no food. They had this giant box of noodles but were really anal about people eating their food. Since one of them was always home I could never cook the noodles, so I would have to eat a few dry noodles at a time throughout the day.

Sometimes if I got lucky I could snage a mini-Snickers while they were in the bathroom. Oh and one time I ate a packet of dry oatmeal, but that was so bad I stuck to the noodles after that.

[/ QUOTE ]

Wow. I ALWAYS eat quaker Maple Brown Sugar oatmeal right out of the packet. I prefer it this way than with water (texture issue).
