Also cancelled for me. What are they thinking? If people aren't able to get this bonus, they will certainly lose a lot of their already dwindling business.

Yeah, I tried too and got the message as well. Tried emailing support, but haven't heard back yet. If they're going to pull something like this. I doubt I'll go back to paradise unless they make another decent bonus like this one.

Says in the lobby email is delayed. I emailed them Friday and haven't heard back on another issue, don't expect to hear back on this. I'm done with them unless they make this up./
