Something like this happened to me in college before myspace existed. A sorority came over for a social and I ended up banging a sister. She claimed I denied having a girlfriend, and it's possible I did---but not likely because I always told chicks I had a girlfriend in order to preempt potential baggage---and anyways her sorority sisters got upset and threatened to tell my girlfriend.
I called their bluff, nothing happened.
