Just finished placing bet. It is for new accounts only and the first 1000 new accounts.

Here are the steps.

1. select -110 by pitt under NFL -> props
2. select straight wager
3. select risk option
4. tpye in 100
5. submit and then you will be asked to confirm.

There even seems to be a bit of confusion on this question on the part of C/S. Here's a chat I just had with one of their reps:
