not really burning money, since I did manage to get 4 bet by

A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on the turn, and then I check raised a river brick and got called.

I don't know if I would have got that much action had I 3bet PF, and bet/3bet the flop.

Who knows, I just know I love retardo monkeys when I flop top set

You don't think the way I played my hand forced this guy into massively, massively over playing his own hand?

I think that if I had 3 bet PF, and he capped, if I check raise taht flop, I doubt 6BB go in on the turn + riv.

I'm not saying this makes how I played this hand correct, just something to think about.

If I had it to do over, I would c/r the flop, and I would probably get to c/r the turn as well. Give the nature of the flop, ie, 10000 draws, c/r is the much better play on the flop, because I will probably get 3bet light since I didn't 3bet PF, and he will most of the time put me on a draw.

I don't mind preflop at all. I would go ahead and c/r the flop since I take this line with a variety of holdings (call PF, c/r the flop) - like, middle pair, oesds, sometimes gutshots, etc.

Since most tags seem to adjust to my liberal flop c/ring by 3betting the flop with any two cards, I would plan to c/r both the flop and the turn.

However if I asked myself, "What would stoxtrader do?", it would be cap and lead, since he seems to play very straightforward at these limits from his vids.
