this gets my poty vote and my vote in that diablo thread about what was the most educational thing or whatever that you have learned on 2+2.
i always thought i was alone on this, but virtually every reply here could have come out of my mouth. i've sense found a wonderful girl who i love a lot but i've also decided nothing will ever be the same as that first girl.

[/ QUOTE ] that was basically my story. now im 23 and think about her every once in a while and really miss her and wish i could still be with her. however, like others have pointed out a lot of this has to do with the feelings associated with being naive and young and being in love for the first time not necessarily the girl. and as much as i miss her, i would advise you to break up, when i see people my age getting married to their one and only girlfriend ever that theyve been with since high school, thats a lot sadder than looking back and missing her cuz shes gone.

It pains me, sometimes thinking about all the people I've known and places I've been that are no longer a current part of me. Periodically, I go through stages where I think more intensly about the past. The stress of the WSOP is, no doubt, a catalyst.
