Hi Everyone:

Both books have now been delivered to our offices, and the process of filling all orders has now begun.

Best wishes,
Mason

Does this mean that none of the Sklanksy/Miller books got shipped yesterday?

Thanks
'boy

BTW the table of contents looks great! (Totally makes up for the cover )

I just got back from the Gambler's Book Shop where I picked up a copy of No Limit Hold 'em: Theory and Practice. Dan Harrington was there earlier in the day and signed a bunch of copies of Volume 3 of his book. Anybody who is in Las Vegas and wants a signed copy should get down there quickly.

Does anyone know if there is anywhere in Atlantic City that will be selling these books next week?

To clarify...if you ordered the books in separate orders then you will usually get the books in separate shipments. Normally we spot such things and automatically combine them to save you shipping costs, but when we are processing as many orders at once as we are at the moment it is difficult to catch them all.

Bottom line: you may get them together, or you may not.

If you ordered the two books in the same order they you *should* get them together.

I was just about to order Miller / Sklansky's new book but shipping to Canada was shown as $27!!! So the book is $23 but it is going to cost me $50 US to get it here?? Please tell me there is a better way

Btw, if the Book was $44.95 and shipping was $5 then I would have much less of a problem ordering it - I just can't stomach paying more for shipping than the price of the book.

Exactly!

I live in the UK, and they wanted about $40 to ship the book, on top of the price of the book itself. Can't remember exactly, but the total was between $65-70!

I ordered it from Amazon instead. It was $23 for the book, and $8.49 for shipping
