Maybe it was something about how you had to use the whole thing in one shot, or maybe it had an expiration date, or something?? I don't really remember....

[/ QUOTE ] Yeah, you have to use eplatinumtravel.com and any unused portion of the $500 (or $2500) gift card gets forfeited if you don't use it on a single purchase. "Hello Nick, The gift certificate can not be used on expedia.com. The website you will using is http://eplatinumtravel.com/. The gift certificate must be used for one booking with the travel agent.
