Put your ego away. Going out with a chick that is that much taller than you shouldnt be that big a deal. If youre really attracted to her than I dont think it should matter.

I haven't read any replies yet, so forgive me if it has already been said, but as a short-ish guy who has always been attracted to taller women, I can tell you that the biggest obstacle facing a short guy who is interested in a taller chick is her not wanting to date someone shorter than her. That doesn't appear to be a problem in this case. The hard part is over.
