Interesting article here (although translated from spanish and hard to read, appears to be a Costa Rican news story) about a plane crash or near accident anyway. I lists Scott Phillip Tom as the CEO of Absolute and UB as late as 9-14-07

http://www.onlinecasinosandplayers.c...num=1189786905

It also lists a Oscar Tatum as CFO if I am reading it right

Do not do this if you live in one of the 'two party consent' states.

Actually, this doesn't matter.

You are only committing a criminal offense if you tap someone else's telephone conversation.

If you record your own call -- even in a two-party consent state -- you will not get into any trouble. The only difference is that you can't use such recordings as legal evidence if you're in a two-party state and record the other person without their permission.

I think you guys are getting all worked up over nothing. I've seen people play crazy like that all the time and sometimes it works. You all seem bitter because you believe that poker should be a game of skill and get really pissed whenever someone gets lucky (like all the hate for Gold and Yang) and can't accept that someone could have just been playing stupid and winning. I really think that is the most plausible theory.

[/ QUOTE ]

Thanks for playing. Have you read anything posted here?

Yeah I read this site all the time, people are unable to accept that players play differently from them and that their strategies could work, I'm surprised AP doesn't sue your ass for slander
