Re: The Office: 10/04/07
I thought this episode was pretty poor. The plot line was just lazy. Ryan comes back michael can't handle it, new plan blah blah. So lame.

I'd like to edit my first post but I can't...
Dwight & the cat, Garbage, was hilarious too, but only for the 30 seconds that the bit lasted. |

Re: The Office: 10/04/07
This episode worked a lot better than the premiere. Besides the over the top lawyer scene, I was with it the entire way.
I'm relieved. |

I liked it a lot. Very entertaining throughout with only a couple scenes that sucked (most notably the last 10 seconds, and the driving car into the river bits). [/ QUOTE ] I actually found the closing bit with Ryan pretty funny, because Ryan sounded almost exactly like Michael. That's definitely the gag they're going for there. |

Re: The Office: 10/04/07
I liked this one much better than the premiere. I laughed much more consistently and the really big laughs were even bigger.
Creed absolutely killed me this episode. I love the new Ryan (except in the last talking head)-- he's so much more dynamic and assertive that it seems like he's bringing out his real personality, not to mention taking out his frustration on all the BS Michael put him through when their roles were reversed. The lawyer scene didn't make a hell of a lot of sense to me. Came out of nowhere. Michael's a tough character to handle right now. The stuff that's going on with the company is obviously going to make him at his most defensive and insufferable, but at the same time, that's pretty much how he would be expected to act. So I'm not sure how to feel. All in all a really good episode. |
