I like 11/5 guys, 7/6 is even better. at 7/6 your probably need aggression 8 just to break even.
18 to 21 is solid.

But at WPX we rely on notes not stats so it don't matter.

People are so funny. They just don't get it. The reason I and others don't play at WSEx isn't that we can't use our HUDs. It's because our "buddies" can't use their's hence they don't play on WSEx.

Going back to the golf analogy could you imagine a course that didn't allow titanium drivers because it gives an unfair advantage to those that have them. I guess tiger couldn't beat you with a hickory shaft. Give me a break. Ever seen a fish on the golf course. They're new at golf or unwilling to change to become better. They don't know one golf ball from another nor the advantages one has over another. They play with any club they find or are given. Then there are the ones who have played for years but really don't improve much. Sure they can break 100 now but give them the new fangled seceret weapon that no one else knows about and guess what, they still cn't beat the club chapmpion or the other 400 guys out 410 at the club that always drums them.

They reason the site does not grow is because all the 18 handicaps arn't allowed to use their toys so the scratch players don't show up either, either with their hickory shafts or their titanium. So what do you have, you have 20 handicaps sitting around picking on the new players who can't break 150 slapping each other on the back and saying "boy we sure showed them good players, we own this place now, by the way, how many in our foursome today, still just you and me or will the hack show up today."

The site is to small. Let the wanabees use their toys and they will play at your site. There are much more wanabees with toys than there are "tigers" with toys and there are more wanabees with toys than there are traditionalists who do not adapt. But if you do not want to grow your site and sportsbook then keep catering to the hacks who are to cheap to use your sportsbook to begin with. How cheap are they. $50 and $25 is to much to try to improve do you think they will use your sportsbook. I play Pot Limit Omaha HI/LO with or without a HUD. But everytime I check your course to play it looks like the course has been rained out so I have to play somewhere else.

PS: WSEx GM you underestimate how many crazing gambling (on poker and sports) HUD using fish there are. Unlike you on the boat with a fish finder these fish have fish finders and want to use them to.

Dear GM,
It is my experience that the most enjoyable and most profitable poker sites for me, are the ones that don't allow pokertracker or HUD. Such software is an unfair disadvantage to the casual player. Keep up the good work.

[/ QUOTE ]

you didn't find party poker profitable? lol

[/ QUOTE ]

Listen Stewey, The ONLY reason Party was soft was because they spent millions on advertising. It had nothing to do with ther're stellar customer service, amazing software, or allowance of HUD bots.

i started playing on wpx 3 days ago, since then ive made 1500 in rake back and about the same amount playing 2/4-5/10 5 max... IMO these low limit games are much softer than full tilts...... and with the rake back I see no reason to not play there

Dear 2+2,
Do you like money? Do you have less of it than you would like? To robustosize, follow these 2 easy steps!
1) Place wager on Nov 2nd boxing match between Floyd Mayweather Jr and Carlos Baldomir.
2) Profit.

You will not be picking the winner, but betting the fight goes the full 12 rounds. This is pretty much a lock. Priced at -200 (Bet $100 to win $50, etc) it is a steal. I would make the bet at -300, possibly -400. You can take that to the banks!

Sincerely,
Big Limpin'

I agree with Guruman's posts about the inability to persorm good session reviews. It is extremely hard to analyze many hands that I play because I do not know anything about the opponent, because I cannot access my notes in poker pokertracker. If datamining is the real motivation behind no player names in the HHs then please work on a way to give the names in HHs without allowing datamining [such as only allowing HHs for hands you play in]. Thank you.

...this is not my experience. This week the disconnect problem has been worse than in previous weeks. I haven't considered disconnects to be a huge issue, but since Monday's upgrade they've been worse.

Yes...since monday disconnects are increasing...the problem is much worse for me...

One option is to put the player names in the hand histories, but do not write the hand histories to the hard drive until after you get up from the table.

Noble Poker does that, and I like it. No HUDs, but full information available for import or review after the session. They also provide a superb hand history viewer for review during play.

I played most of the day at WPEX yesterday with no disconnections, so that issue has been better for me.

For reference here's the last WPEX Improvements Thread
