This thing is no where close to accurate on any of the servers. I tested between 4 and 20Mbps on all the servers, then promptly downloaded from newsgroups at 5MBps....

Comcast seems to have a very strong showing in Palo Alto area, three of highest 4 tests are all from Palo Alto + Comcast

I'm not uploading my image, and I am sharing one router with three computers, but still...

Download: 481 kbps (by far the lowest here)
Upload: 292 kbps (not lowest... but down there)

It might also be because you're testing connection speed to a computer in NJ from the UK...
