So each cop car has a helicopter flying by just in case they get into a chase? Not to mention some communities don't even have access to a helicopter.

Not to mention he owns a [censored] brand new gallardo. Its not like he wouldn't be spotted. They could just say "a gallardo outruns a cop, have you seen this car" on the news and he'd have to park his car in the garage for the rest of his life.

yeah dude motorcycles can totally escape helicopters by squeezing in tight places where the copter would follow and then hit the walls and blow up
