Some of the names mentioned here aren't really that ugly at all. I bet your opinions on a lot of them would change if your associations with them did. To use fluffpop's post as an example, I know a pretty cute girl named Ruth and I know another one named Erin I've had a crush on for a little while, so I don't think of them as ugly names at all.

On another note, I think "Really beautiful names" would be a great thread. What names really do it for you?

As soon as I think of some, I will. I've been playing for a few hours and haven't had a chance to stop and think. And starting a thread like that with no examples would be dumb.

The only Bridgette I've ever known was skanky and gross -- a real trick ass ho. So yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and say Bridgette is a pretty fugly name.
