For those who shower regularly but would like to quit, here's my insight.
The toughest part is day 3 and 4. This when the greasy hair and itchy skin are the worst.
Day 5, if you get this far, you'll be surprised to find you're hair isn't all that greasy anymore.
I don't think I've ever pushed it past the week mark. Keep the TR coming.

Whore's bath ftw. It's not like anybody is working in a coal mine.

update; my knee is starting to get itchy, but there is a chance it has nothing to do with not showering.

OP, this is completely fine imo

Obviously if you have to make yourself presentable for something or if you're doing sport or whatever you might need one but there is no way people need to shower as much as we're brought up/accustomed to

It's also better for the environment as heating water for washing is the biggest contributor to household energy consumption

People showering twice a day as standard are maniacs

It's reasonable. Imagine the typical shower when arising, then showering following a hard day of work/gym.

Unless of course you work out in the morning or do not exercise.

However I always sleep better when I shower before bed.

I did this for years a finally realized that it was indeed waking me up more before bed.

And I definitely think showering 2x a day if there is no hard physical activity throughout the day is insane. Working out is a different story.
