I think PG got the drink joke, but was rolling with it to prevent EL getting in the last word.

I think both PG and EL were just engaging in a pissing contest and trying to exert influence over the table. I think PG thinks he can dictate the way others play if he is annoying enough. And he is insecure and wants respect. I think EL was lashing out at who he thought was an easy target, like a schoolboy going home and kicking the dog after Patrik kicked his ass. I think EL also looks for Phil Ivey's approval.

With the article published after this thing, I bet Gordon eliminates Erick by catching him bluffing/overplaying a hand.
