Keiko may be able to come out for Miles at some point, assuming both are good. [/ QUOTE ] I'm already getting a headache thinking about ways of separating good from bad... |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Crusher should check the logs tonight (see if anyone got a peek on N0) [/ QUOTE ] Also, Crusher does not have access to them. [/ QUOTE ] Wesley Crusher has computer access, soah. [/ QUOTE ] 1) Wesley Crusher should ALWAYS be referred to as Wesley, not Crusher. Show some respect for the show, people. 2) Chuckles is likely evil. Chuckles |

Re: Star Trek: The Next Generation (GAME THREAD)
[ QUOTE ]
Also, I'm guessing that we have 1 out of 2 doctors, and 3 out of 5 with computer access. I think that the seer can come out earlier than usual if he's got one of the bad guys with computer access; I'm guessing it will really hamper the abilities of the bad guys if one of their computer guys is dead, and the other is constantly trying to hold the seers door open. [/ QUOTE ] wrong we have no idea what numbers of each we have. It is useless to try to guess, though if we DO have 2 non-borgified doctors, they can protect each other to teh end-game, or each take a seer...or they could get forcefielded...or... omgstrategypost needed The ONE thing that I know for certain is the following: SEERS - IF YOU FIND A MASON, DO NOT INITIATE TALK WITH THEM. THE MASON MAY OR MAY NOT BE BORG AND WILL LEAD THE BORG STRAIGHT TO YOU. Ideally, Worf tries to kill Deanna Troi, and Worf can then vigilante any evils Deanna reports. |

If a masonry is formed, both players are informed about it immediately, even if one of them doesn't want it to happen. |

Ideally, Worf tries to kill Deanna Troi, and Worf can then vigilante any evils Deanna reports. [/ QUOTE ] Hmmm, what if we ask Deanna to come out, like, right now (or tomorrow?) Worf can then "kill" her tonight to make sure she is good, and then we will have that scenario in place. Bad guys can't really kill her, as our good doctor will be visiting Deanna each morning to revive her. Any wasted night kills will be great for us? If we all agree that Deanna should come out and she doesn't, we can assume she is evil. What to do you guys think? Am I missing something? |

Re: Star Trek: The Next Generation (GAME THREAD)
We have four major things going for us:
1. Seers (we're shafted if all of these people are Borg) 2. Masonry (seer-clear all masonries, this is a massive advantage) 3. Worf (maybe he'll wait a day, maybe not) Past D2/D3, Worf should be killing every single turn, IMHO. This is massive. We should get 5 extra village kills at least out of this, more if we have a doctor. 4. Computer access (I think the computer logs will be the most important part, could give off a lot of important Borg tells, checking identity files helps to clear seers). Other strategy: Role-claims = bad early, unless you have some Borg in hand, I think. We can't let the Borg pick off our best characters, and if you roleclaim a power character, we have no idea if you're good or not. |

Re: Star Trek: The Next Generation (GAME THREAD)
STRATEGY POST:
Deanna Troi, come out RIGHT NOW. Worf, "kill" her tonight. Both doctors, protect Deanna Troi. For the rest of the game, both doctors protect Deanna Troi. Reginald Barclay - prevent a force field from appearing on Deanna Troi's door. The two mason'd computer techies (Miles O'Brien & Wesley Crusher) - check the computer logs "to see all actions that appeared the previous night" This strategy post was thought out very quickly within ~10 minutes, so it may or may not have a fatal flaw to it, or it may be brilliant |
