Hey, Adanthar, would you mind posting here in the mod forum, either in this thread or in another if you drop another drama bomb? I'd been following the latest thread, but it's once again fallen into idiocy.

TT have you followed the AP developments? How can you say it's not 100% conclusive?

When someone starts filing complaints with Kahnawake Gaming Commission and prepares to file a class action suit against Tokwiro Enterprises Enrg (in Canada) then I'd say we have hit critical mass. Tokwiro Enterprises aka Absolute Poker is under Canadian law, how come nobody has notified the RCMP? Street Justice wont solve anything, if this happened it is a crime but nobody in the threads so far is threating it like one.

They just announced that the KGC will launch an investigation but I really really wouldnt trust anything they find. This is such god damn clear cheating its gross that they still deny.

This is still listing Absolute in the rakebreak ad on 2p2.

Also, Absolute is in the sidebar ad for The Rakeback Store.

Admins,
I really hope that as the days go forward (and it becomes clearer that Absolute is not going to come forward with the truth) that 2+2 will take a stance on this. This has an effect on a substantial portion of your userbase. Mason, I think you did the right thing during the whole PPA hoopla, having your lawyers look at it, making a statement advising 2+2'ers, etc. I hope you do the same thing here. Just my two cents.

Hi jman:

We're following all of this as closely as we can, but right now our attitude is to let the Two Plus Two Community speak for itself. They are the ones, not me, that AP needs to satisfy, and we will support our community.

Going back to the PPA, I had reasons to believe that there were issues which needed to be looked at, and I had these reasons at a time when virtually no one else felt that way. That made it a totally different situation than what is currently happening.

In addition, I strongly believe that if it wasn't for the posters on www.twoplustwo.com, this issue would be very different today. So again, that leads us to the conclusion that our best course of action is to let the community take the lead, not myself, Mat, Chuck, Ray, and/or David.

Best wishes,
Mason

Mason, according to this thread all AP would need to do is have a lawyer send 2p2 a letter stating to seize all comments about them.
