I mean unless Ryan/Mat want to tell us not to, but I feel like most of the time people are so damn obvious (hi I have 3 posts and am making SIIHP refs) that I don't feel compelled to match IPs or whatever. In the past I was basically waiting for them to screw up or make it more obvious, but I'm sick of banned posters popping up again and hope that this will limit that. I'd also like to NOT make this decision public for the time being.

Dids,
We are in sync. I was using the live and let live policy as well, but these guys aren't getting it. Maybe a few of them will decide to behave if we just nuke them on sight for a while.

I agree with Gild. BBV mostly sucks, but there are some classic threads that make it worth reading.
Yeti, You'll find NVG much more enjoyable if you follow bldswttrs's posts!

I think the idea of separating "N" from "V,G, and railtarding" is a decent one. I dunno if tying it in to the magazine would work or not, but I don't read either forum that regularly so I have no strong opinion.
I also pre-emptively volunteer not to help with this in any way.

Dids - I dont get the magazine tie in, that doesnt make sense to me. Love the rest of the concept so far however. Question is, who is really right to run these forums if Mat agrees? If anyone says Lucky Jim for the Railbird forum I'll slit my wrists [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
