Default about to colon cleanse - what\'s gonna happen to me?

This weekend I'm going to start an 8-day colon cleanse, which includes 5 days of a liquid diet, as seen here. I've read the threads such as this one that debate whether the stuff works or if a person should do it or not - that's not the point of this thread.

I'm wondering how a liquid diet is going to affect me physically. I'm 6'1'' 195 and usually work out 3-4 days/week doing low-rep high-weights and then swim for 30 minutes after. I'm used to 150-200g of protein per day. The liquid diet you use for the cleanse consists of water, apple juice, and optional vegetable broth & carrot juice. You take a "toxin absorber" 5x/day that is supposed to help you feel full, and a "digestive stimulator" to flush you out.

Thoughts? Anyone have experience with this stuff? How much muscle am I going to lose? How long will it take to get it back?
