And there's just no way you can convince me that raising 3.3xbb instead of 3xbb suddenly means he is incapable of playing optimally aggressive. That's so ludicrous.

I normally raise pot the first 2 levels, and I think I'm aggressive.

Its not a science, but its a significant enough factor to make this a fold.

Those who would fold preflop have made an interesting case IMO. My question is this: would you also fold if you were on the button? It seems like the arguments for folding apply equally here: you're going to be facing a large (relative to your stack) continuation bet, and you're going to have to risk your stack to find out if you're good.

sure it doesn't mean he's incapable, but it provides evidence that you would be foolish to ignore
