I haven't played a hand since August 15th, so my goals are:

Finish up the FR Heads Up Championship.

I can't decide if I want to play anything else this month, or just get back into in in October. I guess I will try to play 5k hands between now and October.

1) Play 10k more hands this month. I've played about 11.7k hands. My original goal was 15-16k, but I think I can put in a good 20-22k overall this month between classes, going out, etc.

2) Stop sucking and running better. I'm up almost $300 on the month, but almost half of that is from a couple lucky hands at 100NL. I'm only running at 1.81 ptbb/100 at 50NL. I would like that number to be around 5, but as long as I'm not losing money, I can't complain.

3) Get Gold Star, about 75% of the way there.

4) Continue taking the occasional shot at 100NL if I feel like it.

5) Go to every single one of my classes.

2) Don't play tired
3) Don't play hungry
4) When running good don't play tournaments and move all-in for the hell of it cause its just 30 dollars
5) Don't stake my younger brother
6) When running good and up huge, Do not go to the CAP Limit PLO or NL tables and move in every hand until i loose $50 dollars or the table breaks
7) Do not get drunk and play 3/6nl
8) Do not get bored and play 5/10nl
9) Do not play when i first wake up
10) Do not play 8/16 Stud Hi just to kill time before i go out
11) Do not go on MEGA TILT when playing 10 tables
12) Play within or under my BR
13) Win???
14) Do not play when you know its not going to be fun at all.

haha I only donk it off at the smallest possible PLO stakes cause i wouldn't want it to cost me any "real" money

its a terrible habit though, but i usually get some preverse pleasure out of dirtying those ultra low stakes player for they whole bankroll
and then they quit the table...poor chaps.
And when i loose money doing it, i figure eventually that money will find its way back to me some how.
