As I can see further down the thread, some other posters have explained that ALL CAPS is rudeness and that your approach was far from professional.
You now seem to accept the former point, although you still hold to the notion that threatening emails are a professional opening communication to resolve something. As for your last point, no, neither I nor the other posters who are trying to school you on things about how the customer service world works are trolls or shills for Cake. Your accusations and personal attacks are irnoic since your intial post cried "slander" No need to thank me, I was laughing at your initial attitude, but your actual 1st email made it funnier. For the record, I would think the CS person should be fired or re-assigned. Thanks for the entertainment. |
