To anyone that is going to be there tomorrow:

I would really like to get a pre-game workout at Strike Zone (not even 2 miles from Safeco) around 1:30 PM. I need someone to catch a bullpen and throw me some underhand soft toss for 30-45 minutes. If you can help me out I'll pick up the tab at Pyramid afterwards!

I've been topping out around 81-82 when my shoulder's 100%. I threw a good bullpen on Monday and was there pretty much the entire time, but I need to focus on follow-through and my offspeed pitches rather than velocity before the game.

Hoo boy I got shizz-elled in the 6th.

Hitting: 1-2 with a double in the gap, reached base on error
Pitching: I think 4 ER in 1 IP, got absolutely bombed.
Fielding: 4-6-3 DP @ 2b, 4-U DP, 5-4 PO, F-4, no errors.
