I rarely don't, but sometimes our plans change after everyones met up at someones house and we'll go from headed to a nice lounge to headed to a local college bar. I may untuck then as long as the shirt isn't clearly cut for tucking it in.
================= This now opens up things for belts. When it comes to belts, that's where my game might lack. I have some nice belts, but like to keep them simple. I don't wear anything big buckle and usually just stick to a solid black or brown. I'll do a braided brown or black for a little more casual wear. Any suggestions on belts?

Get rid of the braided belts. I stick with big thick leather belts, that are sharp.
  Stuff like that. Make sure if you wear a watch, or any jewelry that its all the same, ie, if you are wearing a gold watch, or ring (not so much wedding), or necklce have a gold belt buckle.

(Wikipedia says it is the "Lorenzo" model). To traditionalists, you don't wear slip-ons with a suit. But few people follow that rule. And those shoes look nice enough for almost anyone to wear with a suit.
