I was going to take this week as a deload week, as my body is telling me it needs it. I still did my session monday (full clean+split jerks and front squats) but with light weights. Tonight was the full snatch workout:

Full snatch
5x95
4x105
3x115
5x105
4x115
3x125
5x95 (my shoulder is hurting from an earlier pull)
4x95
3x95

Snatch pulls + 10 power shrugs at end of set

5x155
4x165
3x175
5x165
4x175
3x185
5x175
4x185
3x195

Couple videos; from monday of the instructor demonstrating a full clean+jerk and another of me tonight doing a set of full snatches.

Clean

3x53KG snatch

Oh man I'm totally confused now, thought you were gonna be huge.

Anyways, on the second attempt, your heels come up off the floor at the bottom of the squat position. Is that a flexibility problem or was it just a slight loss of balance?

Also, your pull from the floor starts with a slightly rounded back, and your squats are similar. Is that a problem?

I guess my back does look a little rounded, but it's thoracic rounding, my lower back is tight. It's just the way I deadlift I guess, my back is pretty used to it.

My heels coming off the floor is part balance/part footwear. If I had those lifting shoes with the wooden elevated heels, it would fix many of my problems (including coming forward in squats sometimes). I'm going to invest in a pair within the next month or so.

Don't be fooled by the video, I am huge It's just the shorts/angle I guess haha.

Oh yeah, I think the shirt might be obstructing the view of the back.

You're deadlift stats are huge, very jealous.
