you put alot of effort into this.

i plays tons of low buy in tournies as many as anyone and i just dont see many people open shoving in the first few levels.

more likely you see them call off all their chips with middle pair top pair no kicker.

i dont know just reading your post i think your understanding of poker is wrong. its not all about waiting for premiums. you sound like you might be a bit weak tight.

also i think your basic understanding of the nautre of tournies is wrong. you just cant go in expecting to win. the goal is to play alot of them and in the long run eke out some ROI and anyone who open shoves something like A5 in the first run is very positive for your ROI in the long run.
