i have a huge deadline at work which will keep me out of the gym for a few days but after that i think this is the plan i'm going to go with... plus guids' t-nation suggestion

Meltdown has been on my to do list forever. I've just never gotten serious enough about cutting (for good reason) for a long time.

i did 4 weeks of meltdown 1 and its brutal...but definitely effective...it uses a slower tempo than i normally use, but give it a try...

This is what I have been doing for the past 5 months I would say. It will get you in good shape. I look sexy as hell.
