I've just never gotten serious enough about cutting (for good reason) for a long time. |

i did 4 weeks of meltdown 1 and its brutal...but definitely effective...it uses a slower tempo than i normally use, but give it a try...

Durron...There are some great 3 day a week workouts that hit your entire body...That would take some of the strain off of your legs...Generally When I do that I can get 3 days of weights in, 2-3days of HIIT (done on day of weights) and then 2-3 days of easier recovery cardio on off days. This is what I have been doing for the past 5 months I would say. It will get you in good shape. I look sexy as hell. |
