Gonna start updating weight since I'm cutting:

9/04: 166.0 9/05: 166.5 9/06: 155.5 Looks like I might be dropping weight a little too quickly, will monitor weight over the next couple of days and make adjustments if I need to. I think I was a lil dehydrated this morning which is probably why I came in so low. Made a little change to my schedule and took yesterday off, lifting today, Saturday, and then Tuesday before I leave for AC and will have to take a break from this routine. 9/06: Workout B: Feel like complete [censored] today, slept really poorly last night, morning cardio that usually energizes me just drained me, last thing I wanted to do was go to the gym but I figure I've just gotta go and do what I can. Squat: 1x5 @ 45 1x5 @ 95 1x3 @ 135 1x2 @ 155 2x5 @ 165, 1x5 @ 155 Military Press: 1x5 @ 45 1x3 @ 65 3x5 @ 75 No pendlay rows or deads until I return from AC to get my back healed up. Pullups: 5x4x4 @ bodyweight Pleasantly surprised at how well I did on the military press and pullups considering how I was feeling |

poppin,
don't weigh yourself everyday, it will drive you crazy...you will have daily weight fluctuations based on how many carbs you eat that will astound you...pick one day per week when you can weigh at the same time and in the same condition and only weigh in at that time... |
