What's the play if she doesn't apologize at all? Tell her that you're waiting for an apology?

If she does apologize just tell her that you agree with her and that some doctors really do suck and it's unfortunate. Then she smiles that you agreed with her and didn't take what she had to say too seriously.

This girl sounds pretty uppity on her awesome lawyer-ness anyway which makes her pretty annoying.

GF is a nurse and generally despises a lot of doctors who have attitudes or god-complexes or whatever.
She tells her Dad this all the time....who happens to be a doctor and who she believes would probably be the worst of all to have worked with. He agrees that lots of doctors can be jerks. No biggie.


If someone ranted to me on what a bunch of degenerates most poker-players were I would not feel the need to stand up for myself. I would mostly agree.

Just say something like "whatever, its no big deal". Then be indifferent towards her the whole night. If you have any chance with this girl, it will become VERY obvious. And if not, then you don't have to waste anymore time listening to her stupidity.

Honestly, if the goal is [censored] this chick, or ANY chick, then you need to leave the ego at the door. Defending yourself outwardly wouldn't have gotten her in the sack. Playfully defending doctors would have helped.

Now, the absolute best course of action is when she apologizes, devalue her, but in a playful way. Smile while saying whatever you say. The simple line "I wasn't really paying attention" while giving a coy smile is the best course of action.
